I got this recipe off of kraftfoods.com years ago when I needed to make a nice dinner for a bunch of college students headed to a formal dance. It'ssuper easy and I still use it for nice meals like Valentine's day and anniversaries.
Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 1 box of Chicken stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tbsp dijon or spicy brown mustard
- 4 chicken breast
- Sliced ham
- Shredded Swiss Cheese
Preheat oven to 400°. Prepare stuffing mix according to packaging; set aside. Place chicken in a baking dish; cover with ham. Mix soup and mustard; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing. Bake 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 5 minutes.

I'm sorry, but I've turned word verification on again. I hate trying to decipher the words just as much as anyone, but I'm getting way too much spam. I tried doing comment moderation as people suggested but the number or spam comments I had to sift through was ridiculous. I appreciate your comments and didn't want them to get lost among the spam. Hopefully, I can reduce the amount of spam and turn the word verification off soon.
