Snickerdoodles...sort of

So I've posted about cake mix cookies before, but my husband really thinks I need to share these ones.

I used a box of yellow cake mix. Mixed it with my 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oil, tsp of vanilla, and 1 Tbsp of water.  Then I rolled balls of the dough in some cinnamon and sugar, plopped them on a greased (Non stick spray) cookies sheet and baked them at 375 F for about 11 minutes.

They turned out a lot better then I was expecting. (I was a little skeptical about using yellow cake for cookies. Would they actually taste like cookies?) They turned out great and my husband loves them. Now the true test: I made them for my class of 12 year olds for Sunday School tomorrow to make the assigned lesson on Chastity a little more bearable. Hope they like them too.

I'm sorry, but I've turned word verification on again. I hate trying to decipher the words just as much as anyone, but I'm getting way too much spam. I tried doing comment moderation as people suggested but the number or spam comments I had to sift through was ridiculous. I appreciate your comments and didn't want them to get lost among the spam. Hopefully, I can reduce the amount of spam and turn the word verification off soon.
