Remember how I said I have a goal to join The Secret Recipe Club this year? As part of this goal I decided I needed to fix up a few of my early posts, the posts that I put up before I realized including pictures was a good idea. So today I'm doing a repost. This is one of the first posts I ever put up. I decided it was time that the pumpkin waffle recipe got its much needed make over.
Pumpkin Waffles
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup pumpkin
- ¾ cup margarine, mostly melted
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
The picture is great! the ingredients sound as good as it looks too! I am your newest follower..pls follow back if you can.
