Cream Cheese Tortilla Roll Ups

WARNING:  Highly addictive!
Sometimes you need to throw together snacks for a party. Chips and dip is easy. Cookies are great. But sometimes you need a finger food that isn't a sweet and is a little easier to eat than chips and dip. This is where these delicious little treats come in. They are super easy and I'm sure they are versatile. I've never tried to put anything other than green chilies and olives in them because I love them that way. However, if you are more creative than me you could probably think of other things that dice up well and taste great mixed in cream cheese. One of my friends mentioned to me that cream cheese and strawberries sound good. I agree cream cheese and any fruit or a fruit salsa sounds fabulous.

Cream Cheese Tortilla Roll Ups

  • 1 package flour tortilla (the bigger the tortilla the better)
  • 2 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 small can diced green chilies
  • 1 small can diced black olives

Mix cream cheese, chilies and olives together. Spread a thin layer of some of the cream cheese mixture over one of the tortillas. Roll tortilla up tight and slice into one inch thick spirals. Repeat on remaining tortillas. Keep refrigerated.

I'm sorry, but I've turned word verification on again. I hate trying to decipher the words just as much as anyone, but I'm getting way too much spam. I tried doing comment moderation as people suggested but the number or spam comments I had to sift through was ridiculous. I appreciate your comments and didn't want them to get lost among the spam. Hopefully, I can reduce the amount of spam and turn the word verification off soon.
