Parmesan Crusted Salmon with Honey Mustard Sauce

Anybody else hate it when you've pinned something onto pinterest and when you click on the pin to go to the original website it only takes you to a picture or it takes you right back to pinterest? I decided to pull some salmon out of the freezer the other night. I wanted to try something different. I got on pinterest, because I know I've pinned salmon recipes. All I found was a delicious looking picture that was a dead end due to not being properly pinned. I had to resort to a Google search instead. I never found anything that was exactly what I was looking for so I took inspiration from the many, many recipes I saw in my Google search and made something up. My husband thought this was delicious. He even said he felt like he was eating very gourmet.

Parmesan Crusted Salmon with Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 2 salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons spicy brown or Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Place bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a large Ziploc bag. Add salmon fillets and seal Ziploc bag. Lightly toss salmon to coat in bread crumbs. Remove salmon fillets and place in a lightly greased baking dish. Bake salmon at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Mix together mustard, honey, and mayonnaise until smooth. Drizzle sauce over baked salmon fillets.

I'm sorry, but I've turned word verification on again. I hate trying to decipher the words just as much as anyone, but I'm getting way too much spam. I tried doing comment moderation as people suggested but the number or spam comments I had to sift through was ridiculous. I appreciate your comments and didn't want them to get lost among the spam. Hopefully, I can reduce the amount of spam and turn the word verification off soon.
