Pineapple Salmon

I saw an idea on pinterest to grill fish between pineapple bark.  I really do think this is a clever idea and would like to try it the next time I buy a pineapple.  I decided to cook some salmon the other day. I didn't have fresh pineapple but the thought of  using pineapple still seemed really appealing so I figured I could use some canned pineapple. It was perfect with the brown sugar sprinkled on topped and caramelized from baking.

Pineapple Salmon
  • 2 Salmon Filets
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pineapple Slices
  • Brown sugar
Place salmon in a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with brown sugar and minced garlic. Layer pineapple over salmon. Sprinkle more brown sugar over pineapple. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F.

I'm sorry, but I've turned word verification on again. I hate trying to decipher the words just as much as anyone, but I'm getting way too much spam. I tried doing comment moderation as people suggested but the number or spam comments I had to sift through was ridiculous. I appreciate your comments and didn't want them to get lost among the spam. Hopefully, I can reduce the amount of spam and turn the word verification off soon.
