Slow Cooker Ribs .... again.

I've posted this recipe before and it hasn't been that long since I have, but my number of readers is quickly growing. I'm about to hit 50! Because I've had so few followers I don't mind re-posting things because a lot of my recipes and projects were posted before anybody really had the chance to see them. AND, to be quite honest I don't cook something new everyday. I make things more than once. If I make it more than once I can post it more than once. That gives people the chance to see something they missed or be reminded of something they forgot about. Besides, the last time I posted these I hadn't really planned on posting them so I didn't take any good close up pictures of the ribs. (Not like these pictures are great either, but at least you can see the ribs.)

Slow Cooker Ribs
  • 4-5 pounds ribs (the original recipe called for pork , but I used beef. It's what my hubby wanted)
  • 1 1/2 cups bottled BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cloves  garlic, minced ( I love garlic so I added a few more cloves)
  • 2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 Tablespoos Worcestershire sauce
Place ribs in your slow cooker. In a bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Pour sauce mixture over ribs in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

I'm sorry, but I've turned word verification on again. I hate trying to decipher the words just as much as anyone, but I'm getting way too much spam. I tried doing comment moderation as people suggested but the number or spam comments I had to sift through was ridiculous. I appreciate your comments and didn't want them to get lost among the spam. Hopefully, I can reduce the amount of spam and turn the word verification off soon.
